STEAM Materials Submission Notice form Bagmati Province
Bagmati Province Government, Ministry of Social Development, Directorate of Education Development, Hetauda Notice for Submission of Applications for Secondary-Level STEAM Learning Materials Development.
This notice is published under the approved annual program for FY 2081/082 of the Directorate of Education Development, Hetauda, to promote creative engagement among students studying at the secondary level (Grades 11–12) through a STEAM Materials Development Competition.
This year’s competition topic is: “Development of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) learning materials applicable for classroom use in Grades 4 to 8.”
In the first phase, applications will be collected from student groups currently enrolled in schools. Based on the received proposals, up to ten schools will be selected for the second phase. Selected student groups will be given 15 days to develop the proposed item.
In accordance with the "Guidelines for Conducting School-Level Competitions in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM), 2081," each selected group will be eligible to receive financial support of up to NPR 30,000.
Interested student groups must submit their application within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. Applications must be submitted either:

By preparing a PDF file of all required and verified documents (in the format prescribed in Schedule-2, Sections (Ka) and (Kha) of the Guidelines), and sending it to [email protected]
Applications submitted late or without meeting the format and document requirements will not be considered.
