Shikshak Sewa Aayog Publishes Annual Work Schedule for Fiscal Year 2083/84
The Government of Nepal, Teachers Service Commission (TSC), Sanothimi, Bhaktapur, has published the annual work schedule for Fiscal Year 2083/84 concerning teaching licenses and teacher recruitment. The Commission approved and published the schedule on Asoj 1, 2083 (2083/6/1).
According to the Commission's notice, once the details required for level-wise recruitment are received from the Department of Education, the recruitment process will proceed in accordance with this schedule.
The major programs included in the published schedule are as follows:
Teaching License Programs

Secondary Level: The advertisement will open in Kartik. The General Examination and publication of its results will take place in Magh.

Lower Secondary Level: The advertisement will open in Mangsir. The General Examination will be held in Magh, and the results will be published in Falgun.

Remarks: For both levels, teaching licenses will be distributed one month after the results are published.
Open Teacher Recruitment (Third Grade)

Secondary Level: Percentage determination will take place in Magh. The advertisement will open in Falgun, the General Examination will be held in Baisakh, and the Subject-specific Examination will be conducted in Asar. The results of the General Examination will also be published in Baisakh.

Lower Secondary Level: Percentage determination will take place in Falgun. The advertisement will open in Chaitra, the General Examination will be held in Jestha, and the Subject-specific Examination will be conducted in Asar. The results of the General Examination will also be published in Jestha.

Primary Level: Although primary-level open teacher recruitment is included in the work schedule, the months for its advertisement and examinations have not been specified.

Publication of Contract List: For all three levels, the contract list will be published within one month after recommendations are made based on the results of the open competitive examination.
Teacher Promotion (Second and First Grades of Primary, Lower Secondary, and Secondary Levels)

25% Internal Competitive Examination: Percentage determination will take place in Kartik, and the advertisement will be published in Poush. The Subject-specific Examination will be held in Magh, and its results will be published in Falgun. Interviews, final results, and recommendations will take place in Chaitra.

75% Performance Evaluation: The advertisement will be published in Poush, and the results will be published between Magh and Chaitra.
Remaining Programs from the Previous Fiscal Year

Secondary Level (Third Grade, Open): The Subject-specific Examination will be held in Mangsir, and the results will be published in Falgun. Interviews, final results, and recommendations will take place in Chaitra.

Lower Secondary Level (Third Grade, Open): The General Examination and its results will take place in Mangsir. The Subject-specific Examination will be held in Magh, and its results will be published in Falgun. Interviews, final results, and recommendations will take place in Chaitra.

Promotion (25% Internal Competitive Examination): For the remaining levels/grades from the previous fiscal year—Secondary First Grade, Secondary Second Grade, Lower Secondary First Grade, Lower Secondary Second Grade, Primary First Grade, and Primary Second Grade—interviews, final results, and recommendations will take place in Ashwin.

Promotion (75% Performance Evaluation): The remaining recommendations from the previous fiscal year will be completed between Ashwin and Mangsir.
