Pradesh 1 Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for 4th and 5th Technical Position (Local Level): Province Public Service Commission, Province No. 1, Biratnagar, Nepal, (Information Communication Technology and Publication Branch). Applications are invited from the following qualified candidates as the posts in the lower service, group, sub-group, and level of the local government service have to be filled through competitive examination in the AP, open and inclusive posts.

Candidates who have reached the prescribed minimum qualification will have to apply through the Commission's online application system www.ppsonline.p1.gov.np.

The local level will be recommended according to the selection order of the candidates selected from the competitive examination. Candidates recommended in this way will be given permanent appointments by the concerned local level. Terms of service and salary and other facilities will be in accordance with the prevailing law.

A copy of the bank voucher of the total revenue submitted in Revenue Title No. 14224 (Examination Fee) should be scanned and uploaded.

Age limit of the candidate: 18 years of age completed and not exceeding 35 years till 2078-04-24 and not exceeding 40 years in case of women and disabled candidates.

As per the Staff Adjustment Act, 2075 BS, there will be no age limit for the employees of the Provincial Civil Service and Local Government Services who have been integrated into Province No. 1 and the permanent employees working at the local level of Province No. 1 from the past.

In addition, according to Article 87 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, in the case of temporary and contract services at the local level not included in the advertisement of the Public Service Commission dated 2076-2-15, in the case of employees appointed before 2074-06-29 and working continuously. There is no one-time age limit for appointed employees.

Place of submission of application: The application should be submitted online at the online application system of the Provincial Public Service Commission, ppsconline.p1.gov.np.

Documents to be submitted: The candidate should upload Nepali citizenship, minimum educational qualification, documents related to the inclusive group, and other documents specified in the relevant advertisement. As per Section 87 of the Local Government Management Act, 2074, State no. Employees who have been continuously working at the local level of 1 before 2074-06-29 will have to submit the details of their work certified by the concerned local level.

Minimum qualifications required:

1) Deputy Technical Assistant, Level 4, Agricultural Services, Agricultural Extension Group: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and JTA for at least one year (received agricultural science training or passed TSLC the agricultural subject).

2) Deputy Animal Health Technician, Level 4, Agricultural Service, Veterinary Group: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and passed TSLC for a minimum of one year JTA in Animal Science (Animal Husbandry / Animal Health Tatim or Agriculture (Animal Husbandry / Animal Health)).

3) Deputy Veterinary Service Technician, Level 4, Agriculture Service, LAPODEDE Group: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and received a minimum of one year JTA (Animal Science, Animal Husbandry, Animal Health) training or TSLC pass in Agriculture (Animal Husbandry / Animal Health).

4) Deputy Technical Assistant, Level 4, Agricultural Services, Guardian Group: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and JTA for at least one year

5) Deputy Technical Assistant, Level 4, Agricultural Service, Agronomy: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and at least one year JTA (TSLC pass for agricultural science training or agricultural subject)

6) Deputy Technical Assistant, Level 4, Agricultural Services, Fisheries Group: Passed SLC from a recognized educational institution and passed JTA (Agriculture or Animal Science) for a minimum of one year or passed TSLC in Agriculture or Animal Science subject.

7) Amin, Level 4, Engineering Services, Survey Group: Passed SLC or equivalent in Mathematics from a recognized educational institution and received at least 1-year of training in Survey, or Geometrics.

8) Technical Assistant, Level 5, Agriculture Service, Agricultural Extension Group: Passed Proficiency Certificate Level (I.Sc. Ag.) In Agricultural Science subject from a recognized educational institution or Passed SLC or TSLC and Diploma in Agriculture subject for a minimum period of 3 years (Major in Plant Science) Passed or JTA Course and 1 year JT Course in Agricultural Science (Technician Certificate) Passed

9) Animal Health Technician, Level 5, Agricultural Services, Veterinary Group: Passed Veterinary Certificate Level (ISC) from a recognized educational institution, or SLC or TSLC and has a minimum of 3 years in Animal Science. Passed Diploma in Science, or JT Course in Animal Science and 1 year JT Course (Technical Certificate) in Animal Science.

10) Veterinary Service Technician, Level 5, Agriculture Service, LAPDEDE Group: Passing Proficiency Certificate Level (ISC Ag) in Animal Science from a recognized educational institution, or passing SLC or TSLC and Diploma in Animal Science for a minimum period of 3 years. Passed or passed JT course in Animal Science and passed 1 year JT course (Technical Certificate) in Animal Science.

11) Technical Assistant, Level 5 Agricultural Services, Wind Conservation Group: Taking Agricultural Science subject from a recognized educational institution and passing Proficiency Certificate Level (ISC) or passing SLC or TSLC and Diploma in Agriculture (Major Plant) for a minimum period of 3 years. 14) Technical Assistant, Level 5, Agricultural Service, Horticulture Group: Passed the proficiency certificate level (ISC Egg) or SLC or TSLC from a recognized educational institution and Diploma in Agriculture (Major Plant Science) for a minimum period of 3 years. Passed or passed JT course and in Agricultural Science Passed and 1 year JT course (Technical Certificate).

15) Surveyor, Level 5, Engineering Services, Survey Group: Passed Mathematics subject SLC or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and Passed Diploma in Survey, or Geometry subject like annual proficiency certificate, or Science Physical group or Geography subject passed Certificate level and at least 1 year of the junior survey.

16) Computer Operator, Level 5 Miscellaneous Services: Proficiency Certificate level in Computer subject from a recognized educational institution, or equivalent, or Proficiency Certificate level from an accredited educational institution, or equivalent. Received proficiency certificate level or equivalent from the educational institution received and 6 months commuter training conducted by the Ministry of Science or Technology for Skill Manpower.
