Lumbini Pradesh Lok Sewa Aayog Vacancy for 5th Level Assistant (Prabidhik): Province Public Service Commission, Lumbini Province (PPSC Lumbini) invites job applications for the 5th Level Assistant Position (Health Service, Engineering Service, Agriculture Service, Forestry Service, Education Service, Misc. According to the provisions of Section 12 of the Staff Adjustment Act, 2075, for the filling of vacant positions under the Lumbini Province Government and local level, the positions must be filled through an open and inclusive competitive examination for the positions as requested by the Office of the Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers, Lumbini Province. Online applications are invited from candidates who have qualified for the following posts. Candidates who meet the prescribed minimum qualifications should apply (online) through the Commission's electronic application system www.ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np.

Type of Examination:- As prescribed in the syllabus, (Written Examination, Computer Skill Test and Interview).

Examination Center:- Butwal.

Medium of Examination:- The medium of examination may be Nepali or English or both Nepali and English.

Mode of application:- The application should be submitted through the Commission's electronic application system www.ppsconline.lumbini.gov.np. Detailed information about the method/way to submit the application is in the User Manual placed on the same website. Candidates must ensure that the personal details are correct while filling the electronic application. Candidates must mention their mobile number and email address while filling the details.

Application Fee:- Application Fee Rs. 500.- (five hundred) will have to be submitted. In the case of candidates applying in additional advertisements for additional groups and inclusive groups, for each additional group, Rs. 250.- (two hundred and fifty) additional fee will have to be paid.

Method and place of submitting the application fee:- After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, choose one of the online payment or offline payment options and make the payment. Candidates who make online payment can make payment immediately using any of the designated wallets. Candidates who make offline payment should select one of the designated banks, print the voucher and go to the respective bank and submit it by the next day of double payment. Detailed information about this is in the user manual on the website.

Last date for submission of application:- By 2079-07-15 and double fee payment till 24-07-2079.

Candidate Age Limit:-

  • 18 years of age completed by 2079-07-17 in civil service posts according to prevailing law, not exceeding 35 years in case of male candidates and not exceeding 40 years in case of female and disabled candidates.
  • Upto 2079-07-15 in Health Service posts; Completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 45 years.
  • There will be no age limit in case of permanent civil servants.

Documents to be submitted: Candidates submitting the application should fill in all the details as requested, both front and back of their citizenship, passport size photograph and signature scanned in JPG format and other documents such as minimum educational qualification certificate required for the applicant post, in the inclusive group at the time of application. In the case of candidates, the documents showing the inclusion details must be scanned and uploaded in PDF format at the specified location.

Job description to be held in the post:- As prescribed by the provincial government/local level related to service, group.
