Government of Nepal, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, Notice for Application: Chairperson of the Advertisement Board.
As the position of Chairperson of the Advertisement Board needs to be recommended, this notice is published to invite applications from Nepali citizens who meet the following qualifications:
1. Eligibility Criteria

Must have completed 35 years of age by the final date of application submission.

Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Law, Advertising, or Management from a recognized university, along with a minimum of ten years of experience in the relevant field.

Must not be deemed ineligible for appointment as per prevailing laws.
2. Required Documents to Be Submitted

Application indicating the desire for an appointment.

Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate.

Copy of National Identity Card.

Personal bio-data detailing qualifications and experience.

Copies of academic certificates (equivalence certificate also required for foreign degrees).

Copies of experience certificates (must clearly mention the duration of service).

A sealed business work plan in Nepali or English, typed on A4 size paper, between 3,000 to 4,000 words. The cover page must include the applicant’s name at the top, with the reverse side of other pages signed. The name or any identifying mark must not be included elsewhere.

Sealed envelope for the presentation of the business work plan.

Two recent passport-size photographs.

Self-declaration stating that the applicant has not acquired permanent residency in any foreign country.

Copies of any other documents related to the position, if applicable.
3. Additional Notes

All academic and experience certificates must be self-attested.

The Application deadline is 15 (fifteen) days from the date this notice was published. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, applications will be accepted on the next working day during office hours.

Incomplete or late applications will not be processed.

Applicants must submit a self-declaration related to their qualifications. The application form, self-declaration format, and procedure for recommending appointment of the Advertisement Board Chairperson (2082) can be obtained from the Ministry's website: www.mocit.gov.np
