Embark College Launches Apprenticeship and Startup Programs
Bridging the gap between vocational education and employment in Nepal, Embark College, Lalitpur, has announced two important initiatives: the “Practical Skills Training (Apprenticeship) Program” and the “Startup Capacity Development Program.”
These programs are aimed at developing future business leaders, ensuring employment, and promoting entrepreneurship in the country.
Embark College CEO Ashish Thakur stated, “This program removes the uncertainty that graduates face when transitioning from academic life to professional life. By directly connecting vocational education with industry, we have set a new standard for career-ready education in Nepal.”
Apprenticeship Program
This apprenticeship program ensures employment for qualified graduates through partnerships with leading and emerging industries and enterprises in Nepal. Participating companies will provide job opportunities based on a Training Needs Assessment (TNA).

Startup Capacity Development Program

This initiative aligns with the National Startup Policy 2080 and the Industrial Enterprise Act 2076 of the Government of Nepal, providing direct support to innovative enterprises.
