Teachers Service Commission (TSC) Vacancy for Primary Level Teacher - Total 13093 Vacancies: Government of Nepal, Teacher Service Commission (Shikshak Sewa Aayog) Advertisement of open competitive examination for the post of primary level, third class, teacher - 2078

Since there is a need to fill the permanent posts of community school primary level, third class, teacher posts through open and inclusive competitive examination; This advertisement has been published for the interested candidates who have reached the following minimum qualifications to apply online from the Commission's official online application system https://online.tsc.gov.np.

1) Type of examination:

A) Written Examination (General and Thematic)

B) Interview

2) Conducting examinations:

A) Date and time of conducting written examination (general): 2078-12-19 at 11:00 AM.

B) The date of written examination (thematic) will be fixed when the result of general examination is published.

C) Date, time and place of interview: - The result of the written examination (thematic) will be specified at the time of publication.

3) Examination Center: Will be published later on the website of the Commission.

4) Application Fee: Rs. 500 (at the rate of additional Rs. 400 for each inclusive group).

5) Last date to apply: 2078-10-13.

6) Date of application by paying double fee: 2078-10-20.

7) Age limit of the candidate: 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age till the last date of application.

8) Application Method:

The advertised post will have to be applied through online application system. The application can be submitted through the online application system by clicking on the official website of the Commission https://online.tsc.ogv.np and detailed information regarding the application submission method can be found on the website https://online.tsc.ogv.np (user manual).

9) Bank and method of submitting application fee:

After submitting the form from the online application system of the Commission, click on the details of the submitted application. Then click here to pay the fee for the advertisement you have applied. In Bank Options, choose one of the options from Rastriya Banijya Bank or Nepal Bank Limited. After selecting the bank, click on Get Voucher. After that you have to print the voucher and go to the concerned bank with the same voucher and pay the specified amount. Admission letter can be viewed and printed only after payment verification.

10) Application Fee Submission Period:

Compulsory submission must be made within the time of banking transaction on the day after the last day of application and in case of submission of application by paying double fee within the time of banking transaction on the day after the last day.

11) Minimum qualifications required for a candidate:

A) Nepali citizen.

B) Not disqualified as per Rule 10 of Teacher Service Commission Rules, 2057 (with amendment).

C) Completed at least 10 months training in education by passing the secondary education passing examination (class 12) or similar examination from a recognized educational institution.

D) Obtained permanent teaching license of primary level.

E) Persons who have obtained higher level permanent teaching license may also be candidates for the post of teacher mentioned in this advertisement. But even such persons should have completed at least 10 months training related to education.

12) Documents to be uploaded:

The Certificate of Citizenship should be uploaded in JPEG / JPG format at the place specified by the online application system after scanning the recent photograph, signature specimen, teaching license, minimum qualification certificate, inclusive group opening certificate and training certificate. The candidate himself should be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application and the documents submitted.

(A) In relation to Adivasi / Janajati: In case of castes listed in Nepal Adivasi / Janajati Utthan Rashtriya Pratisthan Act, 2058, on the basis of the same list and if there is more than one caste within the caste listed in that Act; Document certified by the Chief District Officer on the recommendation of the concerned local level chief as a caste within the listed caste.

(B) In case of Advertised Madhesi Group: Regarding Madhesi, Adivasi / Janajati, Dalit, Backward Class or Minority Muslim Community living in Terai-Madhesh: Madhesi, Adivasi / Janajati, Dalit living in Terai Madhes Documents certifying that they are a backward class or minority Muslim community and if not specified, on the recommendation of the concerned local level chief, a document certifying that they are Madhesi, Adivasi / Janajati, Dalit, Backward Class or Minority Muslim community residing in Terai Madhes.

(C) In case of Dalits registered by the National Dalit Commission on the basis of the same list and if there is more than one surname within the caste listed by that commission, on the recommendation of the concerned local level chief, a document certified by the Chief District Officer as such surname.

(D) Identity card certifying disability from the concerned body (Social Welfare Council, Women's Development Office and concerned local level) in case of disability.

(E) In relation to backward areas: Permanent residency in Achham, Kalikot, Jajarkot, Jumla, Dolpa, Bajhang, Bajura, Mugu and Humla districts. 

13) Additional documents to be submitted by inclusive candidates: -

  1. The competition and selection for this ad will be at the district level.
  2. Any candidate can submit application form only in one district. If the application is rejected for the same reason, the candidate himself will be responsible and accountable.
  3. Candidates from open and inclusive groups will be selected through a single examination.
  4. Candidates from Adivasi / Janajati, Madhesi living in Terai-Madhesh, Adivasi / Janajati, Dalit, Backward Classes or Minority Community or Dalit group can only contest as a candidate of any one group. But this provision will not be applicable in case of women.
  5. If there is a demand from the concerned body to add posts within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement, there may be additional posts.
  6. The duration of double fee will not be calculated for age, educational qualification and training purposes.
  7. Applications that have not been submitted within the time limit prescribed by the Commission or have not met the minimum qualifications or other specified details have not been disclosed or the prescribed fee has not been paid or the condition has not been met or any condition will not be accepted.
  8. If any candidate is found to have submitted false details (documents), the application of such candidate will be canceled at any time and action will be taken as per prevailing law.
  9. Candidate who is unable to write on his / her own due to disability (visually impaired: C-category low vision and unable to move both hands - disability) The Education Development and Coordination Unit of the district where the examination center is located may give permission. Such assistant writer should have passed the prescribed level only one year ago.
  10. Equivalence should be determined in the case of educational qualification of foreign educational institution.
  11. Only candidates who pass the written examination (general) will be allowed to participate in the thematic examination.
  12. Syllabus and sample question papers can be obtained from the Commission's website www.tsc.gov.np.
